Happy Thursday to you all and day 2 of some wonderful new images and inspiration from Stamp AnnieThing. I have colored up the new Christine – You Got This with Copics.

And added her to a card with some fun do-dads:

This image is truly a pleasure to color and GREAT practice for coloring hair with all those beautiful waves and curls!

You are going to LOVE all of the images this month and the add on stencils and dies! But who am I kidding, I LOVE all of Ann’s beautiful creations! On with the inspiration!
I used Copics of course to color up today’s adorable stamp Krissy – Fall Leaves! Love the pile of leaves she is sitting on so many options there!

Here is a look at the card! I went for some no-line coloring on Krissy:

And here is a close up of Krissy in her fall sweater and scarf:

Then a super close up to show you a fun detail. I adore the little bows that Ann adds to many of her images but sometimes they are a bear to color around. Since I decided to do Krissy’s hair black it was going to be really hard since I can’t just color the bow darker so I just added a real bow right on top. Easy, cute and a nice add on to the card!

Nuts About You D2BA

Happy Monday Dare 2B Artzy fans and friends. Michelle Houghton from Scrapweaver.com here for a little boost of inspiration at the start of your week.

For those of you in the USA Happy Labor Day and I hope you are enjoying a longer weekend with family, friends and some time for a favorite crafty project or shopping spree.

We started a brand new challenge yesterday and it is another fun easy one! Create a Dare 2B Artzy project using your favorite colors!

Today I have a card using one of our newest stamp sets Squirrel! I have these two sitting nose to nose. I colored them up with my Copic markers, I made a point of matching their fur colors to the beautiful new Fall Harvest papers:

Here is a closer peak at these adorable critters!

One of my absolutely favorite things that Dare 2B Artzy does is having papers that can be used with their dies. I used one of the new Fall Harvest papers and cut out several of the leaves to add a cluster on the right side of the card.

What’s Your Favorite Color?

What is my favorite color? Are you serious? Do I have to pick? I am one of “those” people who change my favorite over time and really behind it all love all the colors. I have been through a yellow phase, multiple blue stages of varying values and saturations, as well as purples and raspberries. You can usually tell by looking at my latest clothing purchases which way I am leaning!

This month Dare 2B Artzy is challenging you to pick your favorite color and feature it in a creation to enter this month’s challenge!

Since I am a bit wishy washy when it comes to choosing just one color I avoided it and added them all!

I used my Copic ABS and added the full ROY G BIV over the D2BA Wacky Boxes stencil:

Then I added some stamped velum butterflies from the Butterfly Inspiration stamp set:

And a sentiment from the state set in the corner:

And finished off the card with simple layering using one of my very favorite D2BA patterned paper sets, Artzy Doodles!

Pencil Power with Stamp AnnieThing

Hello Stamp AnnieThing fans I have another back to school cared to share today. I love the August release and needed to create one more card featuring these great stamps. Besides I didn’t break out any of the pre-printed die cuts at the start of the month and they are so fun and easy to color I wanted pull some out!

I used the Madison-Be All Kinds of Happy stamp and the Back to School Decorative Die Cuts and colored them all up with LOTS of Copic markers:

Here is a close up of the adorable Madison and her back pack from the die cut set. I cut a slit along the edge of the backpack so it would look like she is carrying her bag:

And here are a couple views of the completed card!

As usual I keep it really simple a few layers of fun patterned paper with my colored elements and done!
