Paisley Peacock with Dare 2B Artzy

Hello Copic friends! Starting your week off with a little D2BA inspiration as well as a video link!

I decided to color up one of the new stamp sets, Paisley Peacock and used a photo reference to try to get a little accuracy at least in colors.

Then I used the beautiful coordinating patterned papers from the Autumn Oasis Collection.

I recorded the coloring so you can see me adding these rich colors with my Copics onto my pretty peacock:

Have a Happy Colorful Day!

Cozy Plaid with Stamp AnnieThing

Hi Copic friends! Here for your mid-week SAT inspiration. This month’s theme is “Cozy Plaid” and I decided to create a little plaid with my Copic Markers.

I chose a favorite fall SAT stamp, Krissy – Fall Leaves, stamped her in a lighter ink in order to do a little no-line coloring, and then found some plaid patterned papers that I thought would. be fun to try to match. Usually I color first then match my papers, but this time knowing I wanted to create a plaid on Krissy’s pants that matched the paper I started with papers first!

Here is a few photos so you can see the finished product:

Here you can see the pants a little better:

And here is a close up of her face, her little bow is so thin I have trouble coloring around wit so I added it on top with twine that I matched by coloring with Copic!

Then bonus! I have a video for you too check out how I colored her up. Hope you have a few minutes and can go check it out!

Have a Happy Colorful Day!

One last image for this month! These are all so amazing and SUPER fun to color so sweet! I colored up Stephen with my Copics of course.

Using some more traditional colors for skin and hair on Stephen and then having fun with his mask and costume.
Love that goody bag too!
Onto a card he goes I used the burlap from a SAT Grab and Go box and then grabbed the adorable jack-o-lantern charm from this month and twine from SAT as well.

Stamp AnnieThing September Release Day 2

This sweet wrapped up Mummy will love you to death of corpse!
And of course he has a coordinations die!
I actually went for a little no-line coloring on the mummy and coffin, with a very limited color pallet it worked pretty well!
I created the background in two steps, first I used thee SAT hybrid inks and amazing brushes to shade in a darker background, then I used glitter paste through the stencil as well. The glitter is so iridescent that it is hard to see the underlying ink but it is there!
Then trimming and onto a card. I used the “Sweet” die cut from this month’s release and rose gold metallic cardstock from SAT to complete the card.

Have a Happy Colorful Day!
