Hello friends and family. Today I am bringing you a fun twist on a stamp made for a different season entirely.
It is FINALLY feeling a little more like spring and moving into summer her in the midwest. It was feeling like winter was just not going to shake loose! So I pulled out a winter stamp set and decided to brighten it up and re-purpose it for the final change of weather.
- I used the Snowflake Wishes Stamp Set and stamped them with Versa Mark ink and heat embossed them with white embossing powder.
- I used Copics and the Air Brush System to create flower petals and leaves over the snowflakes.
- I used a cloth lightly dampened with Copic Colorless Blender and lightly brushed the Copic ink off the embossed snowflakes that now look like the centers of the spring flowers.
- Next I added a a sentiment from the Refresh The Soul Stamp Set
- To finish the card front I relied on a skill I have not pulled out of my tool kit in a while, Doodling!
