It's April!  I have to admit, the year is flying by, but this month's release is out of this world!

Day two consists of our latest stamp, Ethan Outta this world!  How cool is this for a masculine/male card or theme party???

YOUR PROJECT DETAILS HERE

 Have a great day!
I am using another unique set of colors today! I decided once I started I was having way too much fun with funky colored skin and hair!
Ethan went a little blue green with flame like hair. He is floating past a planet that I created with Copic Ink refills on Glossy Photo paper and the beautiful new die cut included in this month’s release. That glitter background paper is from the Grab and Go box from March!
Here is the full card. Ethan is floating through the night sky, obviously he does better in a no oxygen atmosphere than I would ?

Thank you so much for stopping by today!

Sweet Dreams- Copic no-line

Hello Stamp AnnieThing fans, Michelle Houghton here for a little mid-weeks inspiration.

There is a new theme week this week, we are challenging you to use some of the beautiful adornments now found at SAT!

I am challenging myself with a little no-line coloring as well on Holly – Sweet Dreams

I chose to use some of the adornments from one of our Grab and Go boxes and I used them as part of the background versus in a shaker card. It took a little time to dot glue and place the small glitter and sequins, but I like the end effect.

Here is a couple close ups so you can see both the coloring and the sequin backdrop. I just love those fuzzy bunny slippers.

To top it off here is a link for the video of the no-line coloring!

Thank you so much for stopping in today.

Stamp AnnieThing February Release Day 1

Happy February!!!
Day one consists of our latest stamp, Oliver- braces.
We created this stamp with add ons.  We know how hard it can be to find special need cards and images, so we developed this month to showcase them.  Create the kids as typical or with the add ons.  Oliver comes to you with add one arm brace stamps.  Mask them on to showcase a special individual!
We also have a new Retro Squares Stencil and a very cool 8 point star back die.  Use this to frame your images or as a window!  Embellish your creations further with our newly added Heart sprinkles or Valentine Sequin Mixes!

I played with the new stencil and stamp from today's peeks. To create my card. I started by coloring my image with my Copic markers:

Skin – E21, E33, E04 Hair – E43, E44, E47, E49 Pants – E50, E31, E33 Braces – C1, C3 Shoes – W1, W3 Shirts – B41, B95, C1, Colorless Blender

I embossed my cardstock with the stencil running it through my die cut machine with a rubber matte.
I also used a die cut from Stamp AnnieThing. I love these big words that sum it up!

Thank you for stopping by today I hope you like the first look at the February release! Come back tomorrow and Friday to see more?.

New Product from Dare 2B Artzy

Don’t you just love when a favorite company comes out with new things to create with? I do and Dare 2B Artzy just shared a whole lot of new over the past weekend!

Hi friends I am sharing a little inspiration to chase away winter blues. It just got real here in the midwest as we got hit with our first real snow of the season and the weekend temperatures were in the single digits and “feels like” in the below zero ranges. I have been tucked in tight prepping for classes and creating cards with the fun new products from Dare 2B Artzy.

Not only is there new product in the store there is a brand new site so be patient as we work out all the glitches, also know that the new goodies are not quite shipping yet. They are all there to view and purchase, but not ready to package up for a wee bit longer.

Today I am sharing an image from the new Seas the Day collection, I am using the Aloha/Hibiscus Stamp Set and the beautiful new coordinating papers.

I adore a simple card as you know and the clean lines of the image and simple color palette just suite me to a tee. I have colored the image with Copic, including the background and added the sparkle with a little glitter. I can color right over the sentiment since the D2BA inks are Copic compatible and then trim the square and layer with a card base and patterned paper.

Here is a quick look at the flower:

The colors I used are Y00, Y21 and the Colorless Blender on the flower and B00 for the background, so super simple! Reminds me a bit of a Hawaiian shirt.

I hope you were lucky enough to catch the Dare 2B Artzy team at their booth in Phoenix, but if you were like me and huddles at home in the cold make sure you make time to stop at the new on-line store and see all that is new!

Have a Happy Colorful Day!
