Happy February!!! Day one consists of our latest stamp, Oliver- braces.
We created this stamp with add ons. We know how hard it can be to find special need cards and images, so we developed this month to showcase them. Create the kids as typical or with the add ons. Oliver comes to you with add one arm brace stamps. Mask them on to showcase a special individual!
Hello friends and family! I am checking in on this fine hump day to share a little SAT inspiration! I am creating a fun card with this month’s amazing release. The stamp is Kimmie – So Jazzed and she is GREAT for practicing coloring long hair! Love her gorgeous long straight hair. I am coloring with my Copic markers to color her up and then I used a few simple patterned papers for a bright cheerful base. I also used this month’s word die Smile! I mean who can’t use a smile through the mail?!
Here is a look at Kimmie:
Here is a list of the colors I used:
E11, E13, E15, YR31, Y21, YR24, E33, YR04, YR07, BG02, BG05, C1, C3, C5, C7, C9, Colorless Blender. I created the quilted look on the purse just drawing short dashes with my C3 Copic.
Here is a look at the completed card: Yep clean and simple!
And one more close up:

Do you see how many ways todays stamp can be used? This little gal can grace all sorts of tags and cards for all types of celebrations! Gotta love an image with multiple uses!
I decided to create a tag/ornament using todays featured stamp, one of the dies and glitter from this month as well as the die base shape from last month. In true Michelle Houghton card making style this project got put together once, completely torn apart and then re-assembled!
Originally I had a white back on the wreath shaker portion and although I liked it I decided “ooooh wouldn’t this be even neater if you could see all the way through?!” So rip, tear, trough away, more cutting, taping, gluing and here you go:
I am glad I did it I would change one thing in future, I would back the image with a colored paper so when the ornament/tag swings around you do not see the back of my coloring ? I am really please how she turned out though. Here are the colors I used:
And here is a close up of just the coloring, you can just barely see in the photo but the holly was added to her head band and popped up:
Thank you so much for joining us this week for the December release!
So today I had a lot of fun! I created a card using the amazing stamp! LOVE LOVE LOVE this image!
And then I created a tag with the new die, last months die and some of the new do-dads to create a shaker! Card first!
I had so much fun picking colors and coloring this image up, here is a look at what I used. I think you will be able to guess most, but if you are curious about the BV20 I almost always do snow with that and my Colorless Blender.
Here is a close up so you can see some of the details:
Then I created this tag, so easy, the layers are cardstock with tie, foam tape and filler then plastic and to top it off die cut front, YAY!
You’ll notice some of the snowflakes from the shaker tag also landed on the card, I couldn’t resist ?
Thank you so much for stopping by today! Remember one more day of reveals and all will be available in the store tomorrow!
