I am sharing a second installment of one of my new stamp sets Picture Perfect. And believe it or not I am using watercolor today. No Copics were used in making this card (Ha Ha) I used the wonky Polaroid camera image and painted the stripes as well as a bright washed background. The image and sentiment are stamped with Kraftin Kimmie Wicked Black Ink on watercolor paper.
There is a hint of color on the lenses and flash and body as well. Then once again a “K.I.S.S.” kind of card.

I created a second card using my floral, sympathy set. The border stamp is easier to color as the flowers are larger and adding a simple sentiment can complete the card. I started by coloring my border and creating a strip of color with my sentiment.
I fussy cut the border image and trimmed the sentiment and added both to some beautiful patterned papers.
I did not color the flower centers and did not realize it until after I had taken photos. I like them white so I have left them, but they could be a darker violet, a deep yellow or maybe add a dot of glitter glue. Thanks for hopping by again! I am playing with pandas from the “Pandamonium” set and looking at the Neutral and Toner gray Copic families. If you did not see my post from yesterday do a quick peek and check out the Cool and Warm grays as well. Here is a look at the direct comparison. These two are extremely close the Toner is SLIGHTLY warmer than the Neutrals.

And here are the cards side by side. Again the background colors are the same and the color difference you are looking for is in the black areas on the pandas.

For Todays Shop and Hop I am playing with my new Buns and Peeps set again. I stamped the two bunnies up with the this month’s new ink and then colored them with some very bright Copic RV’s. I used the BG for a little shadow work and I think would switch the color I used for this next time. This one was a little tough to work with.
Then a little fussy cutting and onto a card. I am thinking they might need a little glitter over them to make them look a little sugary though, what do you think?

I decided to continue playing with my “Special Delivery” stamp set and allowed the slug to slime his way across my card front. I used a light pink ink (there are two that work really well from Kraftin Kimmie and are Copic compatible, Precious Pink and Pretty in Pink.) Here is a look at my slug.
I added some sparkle to his trail to make it look a little more slimy!
Sorry for the lack of Copic color photos this release. I was coloring while subbing and missed a few photos. I used some desaturated yellow greens on the slug E7’s for the ground B0000 for the sky. Here is a look at the full card.
