Keeping it SUPER simple today while playing with the new Puppy Power set. Used a few Copics and left them on a clean white card front.

A couple layers of paper, twine and acrylic dots are all that are needed for a sweet finish.

Happy July! I am doing some major Copic coloring on the card I am sharing today. I am using all 4 of the little houses in the new No Place like Home stamp set that I created. I also used two of the trees and the little birdhouse. I stamped them all in light pink ink which allowed me to forget the masking. I just stamped the pieces right on top of each other knowing that the coloring would make the lines disappear! One note make sure that the objects that are in front or closer to the viewer are sitting lower on your card front. So for example watch where the bases of my trees sit in comparison to the bottom edge of the houses.

With so many pieces, there are a lot of Copic colors that I used. You can ABSOLUTELY simplify and use fewer markers!

I took a few photos of the coloring so you can get a closer look. This is all no line coloring. If you choose to use black ink you will need to either plan on fussy cutting and layering your pieces, or doing some masking for the overlapping.

Here is the full street, I added the little driveways and walkways to finish the scene along with adding the sky and grass.

With so much coloring there is very little need for a lot of add ons. I used a piece of Kraft cardstock to base the card front and frame it then layered that on a fun patterned paper. I added a few acrylic dots and called it finished!

I am sharing a second installment of one of my new stamp sets Picture Perfect. And believe it or not I am using watercolor today. No Copics were used in making this card (Ha Ha) I used the wonky Polaroid camera image and painted the stripes as well as a bright washed background. The image and sentiment are stamped with Kraftin Kimmie Wicked Black Ink on watercolor paper.

There is a hint of color on the lenses and flash and body as well. Then once again a “K.I.S.S.” kind of card.

I am having fun with another new set I created for this month’s June release. AND I am tickled to share several of the items in this month’s add on kit as well as the new ink color! First things first. The image on my card is created using the new Frame stamp set and masking the edges to stamp hamsters from the Hamming it Up set. Here is a peek at how to do it!

Then of course some Copic coloring of these furry little guys. Use some E5’s on one, E7’s on the other and then the wood floor is E31, E35 and E25.

The patterned paper on the card is stenciled with this month’s new ink. I have also added the film strips as well as a few pieces of chipboard. You can leave the chipboard raw but there are hundreds of way to add color to these little guys if desired!

What do you think of my latest set? I am loving these wonky little cameras too much fun and I have been coloring them a bunch! So today here is the first batch, you will see more on Sunday and then next Wednesday I have a video tutorial showing how the coloring looks with all the sense reflections and stuff! Here are the colors I used first.

A close up of the coloring, they are very similar, there is only a slight change on the double lease camera, I experimented a little more with the colors used on the leather texture. This also gives you a great view of the Glossy Accents I used on all the lenses. OH it turned out SO cool!!!!

As usual I let the coloring shine and kept the card design super simple! with just a few layers.

Tomorrow I am sharing another brand new stamp set and this months release will go live. So after checking out the design team today make sure to come back to see all the final new stuff tomorrow and be ready to fill your cart.
